So I haven't blogged in ages if you haven't noticed! My fall has been a BLUR of activity but it's been GOOD. Scrapping these two layouts for SMU for Dec. was SO fun. I really do LOVE scrappin! I really hope to do more in 08 and find a balance between everything!
Well, SMU ladies...these layouts are techniquey! The first one uses BLURRY photos. You have a couple right? We'll paint, corner round, tear, fold, dry stamp, mix stamping and stickers for journaling and heat emboss plus use felt flowers and paper flowers with brads AND staple GREEN tuile on as well as paint the back of ghost clocks (a whole pack is your free gift!). The journalling on this layout says CHILDHOOD CAN BE A BLUR...ENJOY
On the BELIEVE layout we'll use one of those cool Crafter Workshop doodling stencils as a stencil with a dry brush dabber technique and we'll put some of that on the actual photo. The file folder divider is actually an antique that I'm sharing with you, it came from my husband's grandfather. He was a grocery store manager years and YEARS ago. We will also heat emboss and regular stamp. That trim is GORGEOUS velvet from Creative Imaginations. Yummy yummy stuff! An y questions let me know, k?
My name is Robyn and I've been married to my high school sweetheart for 17 years. We have sometimes wonderful and delightful, sometimes hair pulling 14 year old girl/boy twins and a sassy little 8 year old girl who is surely going to be our early demise. Before my spine decided to get wonky I had my own little photography thing going at www.whimages.com Now, I still love photography but it's at a different pace. I have a zillion passions because I don't usually do something halfway unless it's putting away laundry or cleaning out the fridge. I have an endless list of things I LOVE including: obviously my family,DOGS, photography, looking for the perfect vintage find, baking, cooking, cleaning(TOTALLY just KIDDING)animals, fabric softener(really), and it goes on and on... I'm very random and if you know me in person you KNOW that and if you read my blog you'll figure that very quickly! :-) contact me here: robynlbedsaul@gmail.com
