flower album

I know I've shown this album before but I just want to show you the three types of Heidi Swapp "rub ons" I used. I'm seriously in love with the fuzzy rub ons. Really like I L O V E them. Run, run as fast as you can to get them! The "sweet" on the picture of Cole is a a fuzzy one. The P on Peyton is an iron on and the "sweet thing" and flowers on Callie's picture are regular H.S. rub ons. Love love these things but because I'm a texture girl, the fuzzy ones are my favs!

Peytonisms

When Peyton was 2 1/2 I made a little mini tag book of all the cute and funny ways she said some things. Well, now at 4 she's of course talking like a 14 year old. Her mind is constantly working and some of the questions she's been coming out with lately are totally cracking me up. I definately HAVE to make a new book. I'll list some of her latest comments so I don't forget them.

P: Mom, do you have God's cell phone number?
Me: No, hunny he doesn't have a cell phone.
P: Well, how do we talk to him then?
Me: When we pray, he hears us. ( I then explain how to pray again)
P: (a few minutes later) Mom, I just prayed to God and asked him to help me stop Lelling (yelling) at Callie and Cole.

I notice Peyton silently crying on the couch...
Me: What's wrong sweety?
P: When I die, we won't be able to go to the bakery anymore!

P: Mom, I'm sad.
Me: Why, hunny?
P: When I get big and drive I'm going to leave and never come back!
Me: (alarmed) Why aren't you going to come back?
P: I won't know how to get here!

Ikea ideas

I LOVE IKEA!!! Who doesn't I guess? The other day I bought these adorable little primitive metal chairs. As soon as I saw these I knew <-----this is what I wanted to do with them and keep them on my window sill. I need to get a couple more pictures reduced but this is pretty much what they'll look like. I used the Basic Grey Urban Couture again. Love that stuff! Posted by Picasa

Erin Lincoln rocks!

On Saturday Scrap Masters of Bel Air had their grand opening and I took a great class with the uber fabulous Erin Lincoln (of Supply Savvy-the idea book, fame). She rocked the class and not only is she cute, sweet and smart (she worked for the cancer institute), she is super FUNNY!!! Really, I had a great time and I'm sure she now thinks I'm her blog stalker because everything she said about her life, I'd chirp in "oh, I READ that!". I probably scared her!

This cool dvd tin perpetual birthday calendar is what we made. Isn't it cute?! We used SEI papers and Erin showed us how to save money on chipboard (that supply savvy chic she is) by layering cardstock punches! cool!!!

You KNOW how I love to make little books out of those tiny tins, like the altoid tins? Well Scrap Masters got in these awesome little business card tins that are just BEGGING to be made into little books to be carried in your purse. I bought several today, so stay tuned...

Did you forget me?

Been soooo long...

Been crazy busy and I know I haven't scheduled classes for April. The spring is always a busy time here at the Bedsaul household. We have so many birthday's it keeps us hopping! I promise, I'll let everyone know as soon as I schedule the spring classes. Let me know if there is any project or technique you are interested in.

Here are some recent projects I've done...I know I just said too busy for classes but I HAVE to still create...or I'll DIE! :)
